Schon Property Investors have been intensely lobbying the Dubai government to enforce judgments against Schon Properties but calls to date have so far been ignored.

Investors claim that Dubai Lagoon was a deliberate fraud and that the perpetrator, who has multiple identities, has in fact fled the UAE taking what was left of investor money.

Property developments in Dubai are known to be delayed or go bankrupt, and this has provided fraudsters with a cover story for what was a plan from the onset.  The government of Dubai must take steps to improve safety for investors if it is to be taken seriously on the international stage.
